How long will my order take?
Every purchase is made to order especially for you.
I aim to have all orders shipped within 3 days of purchase. I will keep you updated at every stage of making and shipping so you know exactly where things are.
Can I shop in person?
Do you take commissions?
I love commissions! It would be a real honour to create something completely unique with you.

Do you take returns?
Unworn items in their original packaging
can be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
A refund will be issued, less the cost of postage and any transaction fees.
Custom orders and earrings cannot be returned.

What delivery service do you use?
All UK orders are posted using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. This allows us to track the order as it makes it's way to you, offering peace of mind for us both.
I do not currently offer international delivery as a standard service, but if you would like to order something internationally, get in touch and we can discuss how to make it happen.
What if an item is faulty?
If your item is faulty, please let me know as soon as possible. The item can be returned for a full or partial refund, an exchange or a repair.
Items are covered up to six months after receipt.
